Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at Bribie@WhosOnFirst.com.au. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Rather than direct exchanges, we ask that you return the original item and make a separate purchase once the return is approved.

Refunds

Upon inspection and approval, refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times by financial institutions may vary. If you experience delays beyond 15 business days, please contact us.
